About

What does it take to resolve conflicts in your favor? To build a connection with the person you’re talking to — whether it’s a scene partner, an audience member, or a colleague in a meeting — to interpret nonverbal signals, show empathy, and express your thoughts clearly and effectively.

When creating the “Communication” workshop, I was inspired by the rules of improvisation developed by American actress and screenwriter Tina Fey, and selected exercises that put these principles into practice.

We’ll learn to understand each other without words, reach agreements, find common ground — even when we’re speaking different languages.

Who is it for?

For actors — to learn to shift their attention away from themselves and towards their scene partner.

And for anyone who wants to improve their ability to communicate clearly and be understood.

What to expect?

During the workshop, you’ll work on your communication skills from different angles — engaging your words, body, and mind. We’ll switch between a variety of playful exercises to keep things dynamic, change the rules of the game, and learn to adapt to them.

Programme
Speech
We’ll warm up the speech apparatus and work on articulation, breathing, clarity, and vocal volume. We’ll also do exercises for generating improvised text
Gesture
We’ll awaken the body, incorporate elements of nonverbal language into our communication, and reconnect with our playful nature
Theory
Between exercises, we’ll discuss what to pay attention to when communicating and how to better understand each other

I can adapt any workshop to suit you and your needs. A workshop can have artistic goals or become part of a strategy session, corporate event, or training seminar.
